Aftercare is where the results are preserved.
The moments following your sugaring treatment are just as important as the treatment itself. When cared for correctly, the skin remains calm, luminous, and beautifully smooth — extending the results and enhancing the overall experience.
This is not simply aftercare. It is the continuation of your skin ritual.
The First 24 Hours
Immediately after your treatment, the skin is more delicate and receptive. Treat it with care, allowing it to settle and restore naturally.
Keep the area clean and untouched where possible. Avoid unnecessary contact, and allow the skin to breathe.
Avoid heat and friction. This includes hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, or anything that may cause excessive sweating. The goal is to keep the skin cool, calm, and undisturbed.
Refrain from applying perfumed products, deodorants, or lotions to the treated area. Freshly sugared skin absorbs products more easily, making it more prone to irritation.
Wear loose, soft clothing that allows the skin to rest comfortably without friction.
The Following Days
After the initial 24 to 48 hours, your focus gently shifts from protection to maintenance.
Begin gentle exfoliation two to three times per week. This helps prevent ingrown hairs by keeping the follicles clear and the skin smooth. Choose a method that is effective yet kind to your skin.
Hydration becomes essential. Apply a lightweight, nourishing moisturiser daily to maintain softness and support the skin barrier.
Consistency is key. With regular care, the skin remains refined, and hair regrowth becomes softer and more manageable over time.
A Refined Approach to Skin Care
Aftercare is not about doing more — it is about doing what is necessary, with intention.
By respecting your skin in the days following your appointment, you extend the results and preserve that freshly treated feeling for longer.
What to Avoid
To maintain beautifully smooth skin, it is best to avoid the following during the first 24–48 hours:
– Direct sun exposure
– Swimming pools, hot tubs, or steam rooms
– Intense physical activity
– Touching the area with unclean hands
– Applying harsh or fragranced products
The Result
Skin that remains soft, calm, and luminous.
Results that last longer.Texture that feels refined.A finish that continues to feel as luxurious as the treatment itself.
