Before Your Appointment: Hair should be at least ¼ inch (5mm, a grain of rice). Avoid oils or lotions on the area for 24 hours before your treatment. You may exfoliate up to 24 hours before your treatment. Kindly review contraindications below prior to booking. Booking & Policy: Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows will incur a full treatment fee. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling with a fee. Contraindications: Sugaring cannot be performed if you have any of the following: pregnancy (up to 12 weeks), Accutane/Roaccutane use (and within 12 months after treatment), active psoriasis or eczema, sunburn, active acne, recent microneedling, chemical peels, or laser treatments on the booked area, HIV/AIDS, cancer, herpes outbreaks, or any condition that may affect skin healing. Important: Kindly plan your appointment with care, we recommend booking your treatment at least 24 hours prior to any important event. Please avoid the following for 24 hours after your treatment: - Hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms - Exercise or activities causing excessive sweating - Sun exposure or tanning - Touching the treated area excessively - Applying perfumed products or deodorants to the area
