Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows will incur a full treatment charge. A 5–10 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying subsequent clients. If the delay is significant, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late appointment fee may apply. These policies ensure that all clients receive the highest quality experience, as each appointment time is reserved exclusively for the individual client.
